A clean diet (meat-/drug-/alcohol-free) is suggested for AT LEAST 24 hours before the workshop. It is also recommended to NOT EAT two hours prior to the breath work session to maximize your experience.
Please bring water, a yoga mat, and any other props you may need (pillow, bolster, eye mask, blanket, etc.) to remain comfortable lying on the floor for about 45 minutes. Colored pencils, pens, and paper will be available for participants to use during the art making process. Feel free to bring a special journal or other ‘dry media’ art making materials with you.
This workshop is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, vision problems, osteoporosis, or any recent physical injuries or surgeries. It is also not recommended for people who experience severe psychiatric symptoms or seizures or who take heavy medication.
