A York, PA native, Krista began her journey to wellness after surviving breast cancer at age 32. She then underwent a mission to begin healing her body, mind and spirit. After suffering most of her life with depression and anxiety and later with chronic back pain and PTSD, she finally started to feel that Yoga might be the the key to the beginning of her path to wellness. Since that first class, yoga has become an ever evolving way of life for her. She enjoys crafting of all sorts, cooking, gardening, being one with nature and dog sitting. Her passion is to help others learn how they can help themselves on their own journeys.
