Experience a creative blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Partner yoga. Create a better you!
Flow, hold, tone, and strengthen. Sweat a little, laugh a little, then relax and let it all go.
We will mix together strengthening and balancing poses, gentle inversions, back bends, forward bends, and twists while learning how to use the breath to create specific changes in the body and mind. Have some fun stretching with a partner and end class with a guided relaxation to seal in all the benefits of the practice.
Perfect for all levels of students since modifications will be given as needed to tailor the practice to the students’ needs.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and any other props you may need to remain comfortable during class.

Christel is a certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor, artist, intuitive, recovering addict, and near-death survivor. She blends yoga, Ayurveda, energy healing, breathwork, and meditation into a joyful practice aimed to help heal physical, mental, and emotional pain while reconnecting with the higher spiritual Self.
