Private Yoga Classes
Scheduling a Private Yoga Class allows you to take your practice to a deeper level. Private Yoga Classes are catered to you and your specific needs, helping you expand your practice, gain confidence, answer your questions, and provide you with personalized guidance from an experienced instructor.
A Private Yoga Class is Perfect When:
- You are injured or too sore to take a regular class
- You’re a new student intimidated by the public classroom (private lessons can help you easily transition into the public setting)
- You would like personalized instruction
- You want to deepen and enhance your personal practice
- Public classes don’t fit into your busy schedule
One hour session for 1 or 2 people: $25 – $60 (dependent on location). Classes can be scheduled Friday through Monday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Up to two additional people are welcome to join any private session for $10 additional per person. Personal Fitness Training
Personal Fitness Training integrates the use of weights, cardio workouts, HIIT, yoga, and recommendations on dietary and lifestyle changes to create a brand new you! Every aspect of this service is tailored to your needs. A 4 to 6 week commitment is recommended to establish and create lasting change.

Prices subject to change. Payment is expected at time of service. Cash, personal checks, or credit card payments through Paypal are accepted. If you must reschedule or cancel any appointment, please give 24-hours advance notice. Any session canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. Gift certificates are available.
